Refund policy

Please note that we are unable to cancel or modify orders in any way due to high volume of shipments.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. *Only valid to U.S. Customers*


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@naturallliving.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll ask you to send item(s) back to us, address will be in responding email, and shipping will be at your expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wrong address, Not received or Stolen orders

NaturALL Living will not refund an order that has been issued a tracking number, marked shipped or delivered. Please contact mail carrier for updates and info regarding your order status with your full name and tracking number.

Sometimes packages are delivered and placed in the wrong place, please check your front porch, side doors, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox and front gates to make sure its not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up in 3 more days, contact us by email at Info@naturallliving.com. 

- Claims with UPS can take up to 10 business days.
 
- Claims with USPS can take up to 25-30 business days.
 
- Claims with DHL can take up to 30 business days.
NaturALL Living does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, and this includes stolen or missing packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered or shipped with a tracking number. 

NaturALL Living is not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer (this includes wrong apt/house#, wrong street, etc). NaturALL Living is not responsible for unclaimed or refused orders. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number. 

Naturall Living is not responsible for orders not received if shipping address is correct when placing order. Please contact the mail carrier with full name and tracking number. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
